The founder of Research It International Ltd., Frank Kostopoulos, has been assisiting clients since 1997, helping confirm the feasibility and market demand for retail and other real estate investments. He has personally completed over 150 feasibility / research studies.

Frank's career path began after receiving a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Applied Geography and a minor in Economics from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Shortly thereafter, he joined industry leading land use and retail economist firm, Kircher Research Associates in Toronto, Canada. With the collaboration of Hermann Kircher, one of the early pioneers of the retail feasibility / market impact analysis approach, Frank gained valuable experience working on large scale retail projects and mixed-use developments throughout Canada.

In 2007, his consulting experience grew internationally when he joined global real estate consulting firm, Cushman & Wakefield, as the Head of Research in Greece. Applying a specialised feasibility study concept to developments in Greece and other parts of Europe, Frank provided the exceptional real estate development research services, providing clients with an important business decision making tool for large retail and other land use projects.
